Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and located in a jurisdiction where the Service is available. By using Bar Bunny, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person or entity.
Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit.
Do not attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
Do not promote underage or unlawful drinking, drug use, or other illegal activity.

User content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FortyTwo Collective LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@barbunny.com.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
